ORDER PROCESSING & PERSONALIZATION TIME

Each Wombsie crystal is custom-crafted with your baby’s ultrasound image, requiring precision laser engraving.

➡️ Processing & laser personalization takes 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
➡️ Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Please ensure all uploaded images and shipping information are accurate to avoid delays.


ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

Once your crystal is engraved and packed, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States / United Kingdom / Canada: 10–15 business days

  • Australia / New Zealand / Europe: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 12–25 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary based on customs clearance or carrier delays.


SHIPPING DELAYS – POSSIBLE CAUSES

While we always aim to ship on time, external factors may cause delays, such as:

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Courier disruptions or strikes

  • Weather conditions

  • Holiday rush periods

  • Incorrect shipping address

We’ll keep you informed via email if your order is impacted.


WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you've entered the wrong address, contact us at support@wombsie.com within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window, changes are not guaranteed, and Wombsie is not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses.


SHIPPING GUARANTEE

We stand by our service. If your order hasn’t arrived within the time frames below, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund:

  • USA / UK / Canada: 45 days

  • Australia / NZ / Europe: 50 days

  • Rest of the World: 50 days


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because each crystal is custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective.

To request a refund or replacement, contact us at support@wombsie.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

If approved, you’ll receive a replacement or refund (excluding return shipping unless the error was ours).
